About us
MailMyCard writes your message on a card with a real pen and posts it for you. This page says what we do, why we started, how a card is made, and who is behind it.

What we do
You type a message, choose a handwriting and a card, and tell us where it should go. We write it in ink, put it in an addressed envelope and post it. You never need a stamp, a pen or a trip to the post office.
One card costs $14.99 plus tracked delivery, priced by destination. Cards are written and posted within 3 business days of the order. Delivery times and prices by country are on our shipping and delivery page.
Why we started
MailMyCard began in 2026 with one idea: the words you write to someone carry more than information. They carry how you feel about that person, and what the two of you remember.
On a screen, those words arrive among everything else that day and scroll away. In ink on a card, they are held, read twice and kept: on a desk, on the fridge, in a drawer with the others. Years later the card is still there, and so is the day it came.
Most of us mean to send that card and never do. There is no card in the house, no stamp, and the person is in another city or another country. So the feeling goes unsent, or goes as a text.
We built MailMyCard to take away everything except your words. You write what you feel; we put it on paper with a real pen and carry it straight to the person it is for.
How a card is made
A pen plotter, which is a machine holding a real ink pen, writes your words on cardstock. It is not a printer, and it is not a person's hand: the pen touches the paper and leaves ink the way any pen does, guided by the handwriting you chose. You can pick one of ours or add your own.
Cards can be plain or one of our 84 illustrated designs. Every card is written and posted from our facility in Bangalore, India.
Who it is for
People who want to send a birthday card, a thank-you or a note to family far away, without the errand. And businesses that thank customers or mark occasions with something that is kept rather than deleted: cards can be sent one at a time, in bulk, or automatically from a shop or CRM. See MailMyCard for business and the API and integrations guide.
