MailMyCard is operated by DPR Software Labs OPC Pvt Ltd, a One Person Company registered in India at Innov8 Mantri Commercio, Tower A, 5th Floor, Devarabisanahalli, Bangalore, Karnataka 560103, India. "We" and "us" mean that company; "you" means the person placing an order.

You write a message and give us a postal address. We render that message in a handwriting style, write it onto a physical card using a pen held by a writing machine, address an envelope, and hand the item to a postal carrier for delivery. We are a service that writes and posts cards on your instruction; we are not the postal carrier and do not control delivery once an item is posted.

Prices are shown in US dollars and include standard worldwide delivery: $7.49 per card, $5.99 from 10 cards, and $4.99 from 100. Tracked delivery is available as a paid upgrade, priced by destination and shown before payment. A single order may contain up to 100 cards.

A contract is formed when we confirm your order. We may decline or cancel an order, refunding you in full, if we cannot serve the destination, if the address is invalid, or if the content breaches the rules below.

You keep ownership of what you write. You grant us only the permission needed to render, write, print and post it, and to store it so you can reorder.

By placing an order you confirm that:

• you are entitled to send a card to that recipient at that address;
• any handwriting sample or font you upload is yours to use, or you have permission to use it;
• the message does not harass, threaten, defame or impersonate anyone, is not unlawful in India or in the destination country, and does not infringe anyone else's rights.

We do not routinely read messages, but we may refuse or stop an order that we become aware breaches this clause, and we may refund rather than send it. Repeated breaches may end your account.

The editor preview shows how your card will be laid out. Because a real pen writes on real paper, minor variation in ink flow, stroke weight and placement is inherent to the product and is not a defect.

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund until writing begins, and not afterwards, because a written card cannot be re-used. Full details, including when we replace or refund at our own cost, are in the refund & cancellation policy.

Prepaid credits may be bought in advance and are drawn down as cards are sent. Credits have no cash value except as set out in the refund policy, are not transferable between accounts, and remain valid for 12 months from your most recent purchase.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for the consequences of a card arriving late or not at all — for example a missed occasion — beyond replacing the card or refunding it as set out in the refund policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed, and the terms in force when you ordered are the ones that apply to that order. Questions to [email protected].
