How to make it arrive on the day
Order ahead. The post takes days.
We hand the card to the post within 3 business days of your order. Then it travels for about the time below. These are usual windows, not promises. For most countries, order about three weeks ahead. Inside India, about two weeks. Some countries also offer a faster express service, which you can choose when you order.

- Is it really handwritten?
- Yes. A machine holds a real pen and writes your message in ink. It is not a printed font made to look like handwriting.
- Will it arrive on the birthday?
- We cannot promise a date. Post takes days, so order ahead. If it comes a little early, it can sit on the shelf and wait.
- Can I use my own handwriting?
- Yes. Upload a sample and we build a hand from yours, or pick one of our handwriting styles.
- Can a business send them to clients?
- Yes. Upload a CSV or a Google Sheet and a card goes to each row, checked before anything is sent.
