Write from the email on your account and include your order number. That lets us find the card without asking you back.

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. One we cannot post within 3 business days is cancelled and its cost returned to your wallet. If a card is not delivered because of a problem on our side, its cost is returned to your wallet; if the recipient could not receive it, there is no refund. If we got the writing wrong, we write and post a replacement at no charge. Our shipping and delivery policy has the delivery times by country, and the refund and cancellation policy has the details.
