We write your card with a real pen in Bangalore, India, and post it to the address you give us. This page explains how long that takes, what it costs, and what happens when something goes wrong.

What we send, and from where
Every card is written and posted from our facility in Bangalore, India. Every card is sent by a tracked service; there is no untracked option to choose.
Delivery charges
The card price covers writing, cardstock and the envelope. Tracked delivery is calculated by destination and quantity, shown before confirmation, and paid from your wallet with the card.
Prices are in US dollars. Shopify-connected accounts pay through Shopify billing in USD. Other customers pay in Indian rupees through PayU at ₹96.85 per US$1: the European Central Bank's rate for 30 Oct 2026 plus 2% for conversion. The exact amount is shown before you pay. Dispatch time
Cards are written and handed to the postal service within 3 business days of the order being placed. Orders for large quantities, or cards scheduled for a future date, are dispatched in time for the date you select. The delivery estimates below begin at dispatch, not at the time of ordering.

Express delivery by country (68 countries)
Express is International Speed Post, India Post's fastest international service. Pick it where you choose delivery speed, before you pay. It costs more than tracked delivery and is priced per card at what India Post charges us, including its GST, plus a small handling margin. Countries not listed have no Express.

These are the carrier's estimates, measured from dispatch. They are not guarantees. Customs inspection, local postal delays, public holidays and incorrect or incomplete addresses can all extend them.

Tracking
Every card is sent tracked. The carrier records the card's progress and its delivery. If you need the tracking number for a card, contact us with the order number and we will send it.
Destinations we cannot serve
We deliver to every country India Post carries mail to. A small number of destinations are unavailable because India Post suspends service to them. If your destination is unavailable, checkout will tell you before you pay.
If a card does not arrive
Post occasionally goes missing. If your card is lost or damaged on our side of the delivery, or has not arrived within 30 days of the end of the estimated delivery window with no sign that delivery was attempted, contact us and we will refund its full cost to your wallet. If it was not delivered because of the recipient (unavailable, refused, moved) or because the address you gave was wrong, there is no refund. Money is never refunded to your card or bank; see our refund and cancellation policy.
