Shipping & delivery policy
We write your card with a real pen in Bangalore, India, and post it to the address you give us. This page explains how long that takes, what it costs, and what happens when something goes wrong.

What we send, and from where
Every card is written and posted from our facility in Bangalore, India. Cards travel as international air letter post through India Post unless you select a tracked service at checkout.
Delivery charges
Standard delivery is included in the price of the card — $7.49 per card, falling to $5.99 from 10 cards and $4.99 from 100. No delivery charge is added at checkout for standard post, wherever the card is going. A tracked service is available as a paid upgrade, priced per destination and shown before you pay.
Dispatch time
Cards are normally written and handed to the postal service within 2 business days of the order being placed. Orders for large quantities, or cards scheduled for a future date, are dispatched in time for the date you select. The delivery estimates below begin at dispatch, not at the time of ordering.

These are estimates published by India Post, measured from dispatch. They are not guarantees. Customs inspection, local postal delays, public holidays and incorrect or incomplete addresses can all extend them.
Tracking
Standard air letter post is not tracked. Once a card is handed to India Post we have no visibility of its progress and no confirmation of delivery. If you need to know a card arrived, choose the tracked upgrade at checkout; you will receive a tracking number when the card is dispatched.
Destinations we cannot serve
We deliver to every country India Post carries mail to. A small number of destinations are unavailable because India Post suspends service to them. If your destination is unavailable, checkout will tell you before you pay.
If a card does not arrive
Post occasionally goes missing. Where a card has not arrived within 30 days of the end of the estimated delivery window, contact us and we will write and post a replacement at no charge. See our refund and cancellation policy for when a refund is available instead.
