What a handwritten Christmas card is
Ink on paper, not a font.
You type the message. A machine holds a real pen and writes it on the card, in the handwriting you choose or one made from a sample of yours. Every letter is a stroke of real ink, not a printer pretending to be handwriting.
1.Pick a design
Start from a holiday design, such as the wreath or the first snow, or a plain card. The pen draws the picture too.
2.Write the message once
Type it, choose a handwriting or upload a sample of your own, and see the card before it is written. Save it as a template.
3.Add who it goes to
One address for a single card. For a list, upload a spreadsheet or CSV exported from your CRM or shop, or share a Google Sheet. Each row is checked before anything is sent.
4.A pen writes it, and we post it
Every card is written in ink on cardstock, addressed, stamped and posted by tracked delivery. You can follow each one online.

When to order for Christmas 2026
The last day to order, by where the card is going.
For clients, aim for the middle of December, so the card is on the desk for the whole month. For family, December 24 is the last safe day.

How we work these out
We start from the day the card should arrive and count back. First, the slow end of the tracked delivery window for that country, in calendar days. Then 2 more days in case the post runs late. That gives the last day the card can leave us, moved back to a weekday if it falls on a weekend. Then 2 business days, Monday to Friday, to write and post it, as our shipping policy says. Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees, so earlier is safer. Sending a large batch? Book a call before these dates, so we can plan the writing with you.
What to write in a business Christmas card
Three lines is enough.
Use their name. Add one real thing from the year, such as a project you finished together. End with a warm wish for the season. Sign it with your own first name, not only the company's. Leave out discounts and sales talk. If you are not sure they celebrate Christmas, "Happy holidays" or "Season's greetings" fits everyone.

- Yes. A machine holds a real pen and writes each card in ink, one at a time. It is not a printed font made to look like handwriting: every letter is a stroke of real ink on the card.
- Can I send the same card to my whole client list?
- Yes. Write the card once, save it as a template, then send it to a list: upload a spreadsheet or CSV, or share a Google Sheet. Every card gets the same message and is addressed to the person on its row.

- Delivery is priced by destination and shown before you pay. Businesses sending 50 or more cards agree a per-card price on a short call.
- What if I miss the date for Christmas?
- Send a New Year card instead, timed to arrive in the first week of January. It arrives after the rush, when there is little else in the post.
