- What does a handwritten thank you note cost?
- ₹499 a note, whatever you write and wherever it goes. That pays for the writing, the 6x4 inch card and an addressed envelope. Delivery is tracked Speed Post, priced for one card at ₹88 within India and ₹909 to ₹3,055 abroad, by country. You see the exact figure before you pay, and there is no subscription.
- How long does it take to arrive?
- We write your note in Bangalore, India, and hand it to India Post within 3 business days of the order. Speed Post then typically takes 3-7 days, within India and to each of the 71 other countries we post to. These are the carrier's estimates, not promises: customs and public holidays can add days.
- Can I send thank you notes for every wedding gift?
- Yes. Upload a CSV or a Google Sheet with each guest's name, address and gift, and each note fills in their name and what they gave. Every note is checked before anything is posted.
- Which handwriting styles and languages can the pen write?
- There are 12 handwriting styles for English and other languages in the Latin alphabet, from neat print to a looping script. The pen also writes Hindi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Urdu, Chinese, Japanese and Korean in their own scripts. Every note is written in black ink.
- Is it really handwritten?
- Yes. A machine holds a real pen and writes in black ink. It is not a printed font.
