thank-you cards for dental patients, written by hand and kept private.
Patients choose a practice for how it treats them, and they tell their friends. A handwritten card for a new patient, a referral or a birthday is the kind of care people mention. We write it with a real pen, seal it in an envelope, and post it, so the front desk does not have to.
When to send a card
The moments people remember.
A new patient
Welcome them after the first visit, and name the person who looked after them.
A referral
Thank the patient who sent a friend, without saying who the friend is or why they came.
Birthdays
A card on the day, from the whole team, with nothing about teeth in it.
Patient anniversaries
Five years with the practice is worth a card. It is also when people decide whether to stay.
After patience or feedback
A running-late afternoon or an honest review deserves a personal thank-you.
The holidays, and goodbyes
Season's greetings, and a kind note when a patient moves away.
What to leave out
- Treatment, procedures or anything clinical. In the US the fact that someone is your patient is protected health information under HIPAA.
- A postcard. Every card goes in a sealed envelope, so the mail route does not learn who your patients are.
- Who referred whom, beyond a thank-you to the person who did the referring.
The rules, with their sources, are in our guide: Thank-you cards for dental patients: 22 notes that respect privacy.
How it runs
Practice systems rarely talk to anything, so most practices send from a list: a weekly export uploaded as a CSV or kept in a Google Sheet, with every row checked before it is sent. Zapier, Make and the API cover the rest.
Every card is written by a real pen, in your words and your handwriting or ours, and posted in an envelope with tracked delivery. How each connection works.
From $8.99 a card for 50 down to $3.49 a card at 5,000+ cards, plus setup. Volume pricing.
