for online stores

customer thank-you cards,
written by hand for every order.

Connect your store once. Every paid order sends a real handwritten card to the customer's shipping address, in your words. Nobody has to pick up a pen or copy an address.

  • Written by a pen, not printed
  • one card per paid order
  • set up once

Set it up once

Connect where your orders already are.

  • Shopify

One click. Type your store address, approve on Shopify, and you are back. We register the webhook for you.

What sends a card: A card when an order is paid. It goes to the order's shipping address, or the billing address if there is none.

  • WooCommerce

One click, no plugin. Your store asks you to approve MailMyCard, then the webhook is set up for you.

What sends a card: A card when an order is paid, that is, when it becomes processing or completed. Shipping address first, then billing.

  • Stripe

Paste once. Add a webhook endpoint in Stripe with the link we give you, then paste its signing secret back.

What sends a card: A card for a paid Checkout session or a successful payment, sent to the shipping address the buyer gave.

  • A list

Upload or paste a CSV, or point us at a Google Sheet. Every row is checked before anything is sent.

What sends a card: A card for each good row, when you press send. Good for past customers or an export from any shop.

Selling to other businesses? Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Attio, monday.com, Keap and Close connect with one click and send a card when a deal is won. HubSpot adds a “Send a card” step to your workflows. More for business or see how each connection works.

What your customer gets

A card they can hold, not another email.

  • Written with a real pen

Your message goes on the card in ink, with a pen held by a writing machine. It is not a printed font made to look like handwriting.

  • On cardstock, in your words

You pick the card design and write the message once. Use one of our handwriting styles, or upload a sample and we build a hand from yours.

  • In an envelope, to their door

The card goes in an envelope addressed to the name and address on the order. Your return address can go on it too.

One order, start to finish

From checkout to their mailbox.

  1. step 1

    A customer pays

Your store or Stripe tells us the order is paid. Nobody on your team has to do anything.

  2. step 2

    We check the order

Unpaid orders are skipped. So are Shopify test orders and Stripe test payments. The order needs a full address.

  3. step 3

    One card, once

Each order makes one card. If your store sends the same order twice, we answer with the card we already made.

  4. step 4

    The card is placed

Your saved card is addressed to the customer and paid from your wallet. If it cannot be placed, say the wallet is empty, the reason shows on the connection in your dashboard.

  5. step 5

    A pen writes it

The card is written in Bangalore, India, and handed to the post, usually within two business days.

  6. step 6

    It arrives

Your dashboard shows each card as it goes: received, being written, mailed, and delivered where it is tracked.

How long the post takes depends on the country. See shipping and delivery.

What to write

Short, warm, and signed with a first name.

Every customer gets the same message, so write one that fits them all. Thank them, say one human thing, and sign it with a first name. Leave out order numbers and discount codes. The email already did that part.

  • Thank you for your order. We packed it by hand this week, and we hope it is already a favourite. Sam
  • Thank you for supporting a small shop. Every order keeps the lights on here, and we noticed yours. Priya
  • Thank you for choosing us. If anything is not right, reply to our email and we will sort it. Jo

Questions

What stores ask before they connect.

Do I have to do anything for each order?
No. You connect your store and choose the card once. After that, every paid order sends a card to its shipping address on its own.
Will a customer ever get two cards for one order?
No. Each order is counted once per connection. If Shopify, WooCommerce or Stripe sends the same order again, we reply with the card we already made.
What about test orders?
Shopify test orders and Stripe test-mode payments are skipped, so you can try your checkout without posting cards to yourself.
Is it really handwritten?
Yes. A real pen writes your message in ink on cardstock. You can use one of our handwriting styles or your own.
Can each card say the customer's name?
Not inside the card yet. A connected store sends the same message on every card, so write one that fits everyone. The customer's name goes on the envelope, from the order.
Where do you post to?
Worldwide. Cards are written and posted from India. Delivery times by country are on our shipping page.

Thank every customer by hand.

Set up the card once, connect your store, and let every paid order send one.
