About digital cards.
- Does the person need an app?
- No. They open the link in any browser on their phone or computer, with no account.
- Can I change it after I send it?
- Yes. Changes show straight away for anyone with the link, so a photo added later is there the next time they open it.
- What is included in the price?
- Everything: your words, up to 12 photos, a video or voice message, and the look you chose. You pay once per card, not each month.
- Can I add music?
- Yes. Every card plays a track that suits its occasion, such as a birthday, Diwali or a quiet thinking-of-you, and you can choose another or none. They can turn it off.
- Can I send it on a particular day?
- Yes. Choose the day and time and the link stays closed until then, with a countdown if they open it early. You can also give their email address and we send them the link at that moment.
- Can I preview it before I pay?
- Yes. Only you can see the card until you unlock it, and you can open it exactly as they will see it.
- What if I want something they can hold?
- A handwritten card is written in real ink on cardstock and posted to them. You choose, card by card, which one to send.
