Is it really handwritten?: Yes. A machine holds a real pen and writes your message in ink. It is not a printed font made to look like handwriting.
Can I post it to the new address before they move?: Yes, if the postbox is theirs by then. Otherwise send it to where they are and it moves with them.
Is a housewarming card the same thing?: Yes. The same card, sent for the party instead of the move.
Can a business send them?: Yes. Upload a CSV or a Google Sheet and a card goes to each row, checked before anything is sent.
