Handwritten cards for Zoho CRM
Turn a won deal into a personal thank-you. MailMyCard sends your saved card to the deal's contact, written with a pen and posted to their mailing address.
Connect from your MailMyCard dashboard. Each card and its delivery are paid from your MailMyCard wallet when the order is placed.
Before you connect
- A MailMyCard account with a saved card template and sufficient wallet balance.
- A Zoho CRM account with API access and permission to authorize the integration.
- Deals linked to contacts with a complete postal address.
The card's design, message and delivery service come from the template you choose. Review the template before connecting it to your CRM.
Connect Zoho CRM
- In MailMyCard, write your card and choose Save this card as a templateon the review step.
- Open Integrations from your account menu.
- Under Add an integration, choose Connect on the Zoho CRM tile.
- Choose the saved template, then press Connect Zoho CRM.
- Sign in to Zoho and review the requested permissions before approving.
- Return to MailMyCard and check that Zoho CRM appears under Your integrations.
One Zoho CRM organisation connects to one saved template. Connecting that organisation again replaces its previous connection.
When a card is sent
Zoho notifies MailMyCard when a deal is created or edited. MailMyCard checks its current stage and sends the card when that stage is Closed Won. Other stages are ignored. The deal must have a linked contact.
Each deal is processed once per connection, so repeated notifications for the same deal do not create another card. Separate won deals can send cards to the same contact.
A successful request places a real paid order. The card appears with your other orders in MailMyCard, where you can follow its progress.
Which address is used
MailMyCard uses the linked contact's Mailing address. If it is incomplete, it checks the contact's Other address. The address needs a name, street, city, postal code and country. Include a state or region where the destination requires it.
Review the contact's address before marking the deal won. An incomplete address or insufficient wallet balance prevents the order from being placed. Check the result in Your integrations; a refused deal is not retried automatically.
Permissions and personal data
The connection reads deals, contacts and organisation details, and manages Zoho CRM notifications for deal changes. MailMyCard stores the connection credentials encrypted and uses contact names and postal addresses to fulfil card orders.
Before connecting, make sure you have permission to use your contacts' information for this purpose. Our privacy policy explains how account details, card contents and delivery information are used and stored.
Disconnect and get help
In MailMyCard's Integrations page, press Remove beside the Zoho CRM connection, then Yes, remove. This stops new cards from that connection. Existing orders remain in your order history.
To withdraw Zoho account access as well, revoke MailMyCard in your Zoho account's Connected Apps settings.
