What gets automated

  1. Step 1

    You write once

Your words with [Name] in them, a design, and a handwriting. You can upload a sample of yours.

  2. Step 2

    A pen writes each one

Black ink on 6x4 inch card. Nothing is printed in a font.

  3. Step 3

    We address and post it

Envelope, postage and tracking are handled.

  4. Step 4

    You see the status

Each card shows as received, written and mailed.

Cards people automate

Short notes that repeat.

  • Thank-you cards

After a paid order from your shop, or a deal won in your CRM.

  • Birthday cards

Schedule a saved card for the date, and it repeats each year.

  • Anniversaries and milestones

A customer's first year with you, on a yearly schedule.

  • A whole list

Upload a CSV or watch a Google Sheet. Every row is checked first.

Every card can name its person

[Name] fills in on every route. A list, a Google Sheet, a webhook or the API can fill any other placeholder, so one card says something different to each person. A card still showing a bracket is refused, never written.

You write
Dear [Name], I hope the [Product] is treating you well.
The pen writes
Dear Priya, I hope the walnut desk is treating you well.

Questions

Is it really handwritten?
A machine holds a real pen, so the ink is real and you can feel the line. A person does not write it, and we do not claim that.
Can I use my own handwriting?
Yes. Upload a sample and we build a hand from it.
Can each card name the person inside?
Yes. Write [Name] in your message and the pen writes their first name. A list or sheet can fill other details from its columns.
Where do you post to?
Anywhere in the world, from Bangalore, India. Delivery time depends on the country.
