handwritten notes for guests and regulars, from the people who looked after them.

A guest who gets a card after checkout, a regular who gets one on their birthday, a member who gets one in their second week: each of them hears from a person, not a system. We write those notes with a real pen and post them, so your team can stay with the people in front of them.

When to send a card

The moments people remember.

  • After a stay

A thank-you that arrives once the guest is home, naming something from their visit.

  • Special-occasion stays and meals

Anniversaries and birthdays celebrated with you are worth a card a year later.

  • Regulars

The people at the same table every week. A card says you have noticed.

  • A new member

A welcome that lands in week two, when the new-year energy starts to fade.

  • Milestones

A personal best, a hundredth class, a year as a member.

  • After a bad night

A sincere apology in ink does more than a voucher by email.

What to leave out

  • Discount codes in a thank-you. It turns a thank-you into an advert.
  • Anything private about a stay or a member's body or progress, on a postcard. Use an envelope.
  • Addresses people did not give you for this. Only write to guests and members who agreed to it.

The rules, with their sources, are in our guide: Hotel guest thank-you notes: 20 examples for welcome, checkout and return stays.

How it runs

Booking and membership systems can send a card through Zapier, Make or the API when a stay ends or a member joins. A weekly CSV or a Google Sheet of regulars works with no setup at all.

Every card is written by a real pen, in your words and your handwriting or ours, and posted in an envelope with tracked delivery. How each connection works.

From $8.99 a card for 50 down to $3.49 a card at 5,000+ cards, plus setup. Volume pricing.
