corporate christmas cards

corporate Christmas cards,
each one in real ink.

Corporate Christmas cards that read as if someone sat down and wrote them, because a pen did: you write one message, the pen writes it in ink on every card in the same hand, and we post each one to its address. Send to a spreadsheet, a Google Sheet or straight from your CRM.

For 50+ cards, from $4.65 a card down to $2.58 a card at 5,000+ cards, agreed on a call. One card to try: $5.17 a card, plus delivery.

Next: a free account, then you write the card and see it before it is written. Nothing is written or posted until you order.

Who gets one

The people a business card from a printer would not reach.

  • Clients

A card on their desk for all of December, with their name and a line about your year together.

  • Your own team

One to every employee's home, with their name and a line from their manager. It reads as more than a company email.

  • Partners and suppliers

The people who answered your calls all year. A card is a thank-you they can pin up.

How a company sends them

Write once. The pen does the rest.

  1. 1.Pick a design

A holiday design such as the wreath or the garland, or a plain card. The pen draws the picture too.

  2. 2.Write it once

Type the message with [Name] where their name goes, choose a handwriting or one made from a sample of yours, and see the card before anything is written.

  3. 3.Add the list

Upload a CSV, paste from a spreadsheet or share a Google Sheet. Every row is checked before anything is sent, and each extra column fills a placeholder of the same name.

  4. 4.A pen writes it, and we post it

Each card is written in ink, addressed and posted within 3 business days of the order, by tracked Speed Post to 71 countries.

Sending fewer than 50, or no call needed? The individual prices apply, paid from your wallet.

Prices are in US dollars. Shopify-connected accounts pay through Shopify billing in USD. Other customers pay in Indian rupees through PayU at ₹96.37 per US$1: the European Central Bank's rate for 5 Nov 2026 plus 2% for conversion. The exact amount is shown before you pay. Change currency

Bring your volume and destinations; you leave with a per-card price, a delivery plan and, if you want it, your shop or CRM connected the same week.

Questions

Are corporate Christmas cards really handwritten?
Yes. A machine holds a real pen and writes each card in ink, one at a time. It is not a printed font made to look like handwriting.
Can every card say something different?
Yes. [Name] fills from each person's first name, and any other placeholder, such as [Project], fills from the column of the same name in your list. A card that would still show a placeholder is held back, not posted.
Can the handwriting be ours?
Yes. Upload a sample of your handwriting and we build a hand from it, or choose one of our styles. Every card in a send is written in the same hand.
Does it work with our CRM or shop?
Shopify, WooCommerce, Stripe, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Attio, monday.com, Keap and Close connect in one click. For a Christmas list, export your contacts to a spreadsheet and upload it. Cards from your CRM
Is there an API?
Yes. A REST API and webhooks place orders from your own systems, and an MCP server lets an AI assistant do the same. The direct mail API
How much do they cost?
For 50 or more cards, from $4.65 a card down to $2.58 a card at 5,000+ cards, agreed on a call. Fewer than that, the single-card price applies: $5.17 a card, plus delivery. Delivery is priced by destination and shown before you pay.
When should we order?
Early. To reach the US by December 15, order by Tuesday, December 1. Larger sends need longer, so book a call before then. Last order days for every country
What if we miss Christmas?
Send a New Year card instead, timed to arrive in the first week of January, when there is little else in the post.
