handwritten cards for real estate agents, from first showing to home anniversary.
A buyer remembers who handed over the keys. A card on closing day, another on the first anniversary, and a thank-you for every referral keep your name in the house long after the sign comes down. We write each one with a real pen, from your words and your client list, and post it for you.
When to send a card
The moments people remember.
After a showing or first meeting
A short note the same week, naming the house they liked. It turns a viewing into a relationship.
Offer accepted
Good news deserves more than a text. A card marks the day and says what happens next.
Closing day
The card they keep in the kitchen drawer: their new address, the keys, and your name.
A referral
Thank the person who sent a friend your way, by name, for the introduction alone.
Home anniversary
One year in the house. A card that remembers the date says you remember them.
Loan milestones
For loan officers: pre-approval, clear to close and the loan's first birthday.
What to leave out
- Anything of value in return for a referral. Under RESPA a thank-you for a mortgage referral must be only that: thanks.
- Rates, payments or terms in a loan officer's card. Those make it an advert for credit, with disclosures to match.
- The sale price, or anything else the neighbours should not read. Send it in an envelope, not on a postcard.
The rules, with their sources, are in our guide: Real estate thank you notes: 24 examples from first showing to home anniversary.
How it runs
Most agents keep closings and referrals in a CRM: HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Keap and Close connect in a click, and a won deal sends the card. Anything else works through Zapier, Make or a Google Sheet.
Every card is written by a real pen, in your words and your handwriting or ours, and posted in an envelope with tracked delivery. How each connection works.
From $8.99 a card for 50 down to $3.49 a card at 5,000+ cards, plus setup. Volume pricing.
