direct mail from your CRM
direct mail from your CRM,
when the deal is won.
CRM direct mail sends post from your CRM's own events, using the address already on the contact. Connect once, and a won deal sends a card a pen has written.
$5.15 a card, plus delivery.

Set it up once
Step 1
Save a card
Write the message you want every new customer to get.
Step 2
Connect your CRM
One approval on most CRMs, and the webhook is set up for you.
Step 3
Win a deal
We read the contact's address from the CRM and send the card.
Step 4
Nothing goes out half-done
If the address is incomplete, no card is sent and the reason is recorded.
Which CRMs connect
What sends the card in each one.
HubSpot
“Send a card” appears as a workflow action, so you choose the moment.
Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Attio, monday.com, Close
A card goes out when a deal is won.
Keap
A card goes out when you apply the tag “MailMyCard: send a card”.
Salesforce and others
No one-click connection yet. A flow can post the recipient to a webhook with a secret.
Every card can name its person
[Name] fills in on every route. A list, a Google Sheet, a webhook or the API can fill any other placeholder, so one card says something different to each person. A card still showing a bracket is refused, never written.
- You write
- Dear [Name], I hope the [Product] is treating you well.
- The pen writes
- Dear Priya, I hope the walnut desk is treating you well.
Price
$5.15 a card, plus delivery. No subscription. From 50 cards, from $4.63 a card down to $2.57 a card at 5,000+ cards, agreed on a call.

Questions
- What address does the card go to?
- The contact's postal address in your CRM. In Pipedrive we fall back to the organisation's address. HubSpot maps the properties you choose.
- Is there a HubSpot or Salesforce app listing?
- HubSpot connects from your dashboard, without a marketplace listing yet. Salesforce uses a webhook, so someone on your team sets up the flow.
- Can each card use the contact's first name?
- Yes. Write [Name] in the message and it is filled from the contact. Other placeholders are not read from CRM fields yet, and a card that still shows one is refused, not sent.
- Who pays for each card?
- Each card is paid from your account's wallet. If it is empty the card is refused, not queued, so keep the wallet topped up.
