for marketers and small businesses
handwritten direct mail,
written by a pen, not a font.
Handwritten direct mail is a card a real pen has written for one person, then posted. Send it from a list, a shop order or a CRM deal, in your words.
- Written by a pen, not printed
- Sent from your tools
- Posted worldwide

What it is
A card on a 6x4 inch page, in an envelope.
You pick a design and a handwriting, or upload a sample and we build a hand from yours. The pen writes in black ink and the card goes out in an addressed envelope. Nothing is printed in a font, so each card looks like a person sat down and wrote it. Read what the research says about handwritten mail.
How it gets sent
From the tools you already use.
A list
Upload or paste a CSV, or point us at a Google Sheet. Every row is checked before anything is sent.
A paid order
Shopify, WooCommerce and Stripe send a card for each paid order, to the shipping address.
A won deal
HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Attio, monday.com, Keap and Close send a card when a deal is won.
Where it fits
Moments when one person matters.
New customers
A card in the first week says the sale was noticed.
Win-back
Write to customers who went quiet. A pen stands out in a pile of email.
Lapsed donors
A short, real thank-you before the next ask.
After a sale
Follow up a meeting or a demo with a few lines in ink.

What to know about delivery
Written and posted from Bangalore, India.
- Each card is handed to the post within 3 business days of the order.
- It then travels as ordinary post, and the time depends on the country.
- We show the usual window, not a promise, because the post can run late.
- Your dashboard shows each card as it is received, written and mailed.
What to measure
Test it before you roll it out.
Send cards to one group and nothing to a similar group. After a few weeks, compare repeat orders, replies or booked calls. Keep the message, the list and the timing the same, so the card is the only difference. Your own numbers beat anyone else's. For figures from named sources, see handwritten mail statistics.
