programmatic and triggered direct mail
programmatic direct mail,
one event, one card.
Programmatic direct mail, also called triggered direct mail, is post sent by an event in your data rather than a campaign date. Here each event sends one handwritten card.
$5.15 a card, plus delivery.

From event to envelope
Step 1
An event fires
A paid order, a won deal, a tag, a new row or your own webhook call.
Step 2
The address comes with it
We check it is complete. A card with no address is not sent, and the reason is logged.
Step 3
A saved card is filled in
The card you saved for that trigger, with [Name] and any details the event sends.
Step 4
Your systems hear back
Signed webhooks report when a card is created, written and mailed.
Triggers that suit a card
Moments when a slow, personal note makes sense.
First order
A paid order from Shopify, WooCommerce or Stripe sends a thank-you.
Deal won
A CRM deal closing sends a card to the contact.
Lifecycle tag
Apply a tag in Keap, or run a HubSpot workflow step, for win-back or renewal.
Your own event
Post a name and address to a webhook from any form or script.
Every card can name its person
[Name] fills in on every route. A list, a Google Sheet, a webhook or the API can fill any other placeholder, so one card says something different to each person. A card still showing a bracket is refused, never written.
- You write
- Dear [Name], I hope the [Product] is treating you well.
- The pen writes
- Dear Priya, I hope the walnut desk is treating you well.
Price
$5.15 a card, plus delivery. No subscription. From 50 cards, from $4.63 a card down to $2.57 a card at 5,000+ cards, agreed on a call.

Questions
- Can you retarget people who visited my website?
- No. We do not match anonymous visitors to home addresses. A card only goes to an address you already hold and may write to.
- Is it fast enough for abandoned carts?
- Probably not. A card is handed to the post within 3 business days and then travels as ordinary post from India. Use it for thanks and win-back.
- Can a retry send two cards?
- Through the API, not if you send an Idempotency-Key: a retried request returns the order it already made.
- How do I know it works?
- Trigger cards for one group and not for a similar one. After a few weeks, compare repeat orders, replies or booked calls.
